4.3 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify Suntoto immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other breach of security. 4.4 Two-Factor Authentication. Suntoto strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. While 2FA is optional, enabling it provides an additional layer of security against unauthorised access and is considered a best practice for online account security.
4.5 Accurate Information. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or payment method ownership — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any associated balances.
Suntoto reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse or reject any Account registration application without providing reasons for such refusal. This right applies equally to existing Account holders where new information comes to light that would have resulted in a registration refusal had such information been available at the time of original registration.
5.1 Platform Access. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Suntoto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit the Platform or any of its contents.
5.2 Service Availability. While Suntoto endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. 5.3 Software and Technology. All software, algorithms, interfaces, and technologies underlying the Platform remain the exclusive property of Suntoto or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any component of the Platform.
5.4 Automated Access. The use of any automated system, software, script, robot, spider, or other automated means to access, scrape, index, or interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in gaming activities constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension.
5.5 Game Fairness. All outcomes in Suntoto's casino games and slot products are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified. Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed on individual game cards are based on these verified rates. Sports betting odds are determined in accordance with standard market-making practices and are subject to change without notice.
6.1 Supported Payment Methods. 7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available on the Platform are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's documentation. In the event of a conflict between these General Bonus Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. A wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 15x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus requires total wagers of MYR 1,500 across eligible games before withdrawal eligibility is triggered).
7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a bonus is active on your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or hand is MYR 250 to MYR 500 (as specified in the individual promotion's terms). Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings at Suntoto's sole discretion.
7.4 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each wager placed towards the wagering requirement. Table games, live dealer games, and other non-slot products may contribute a reduced percentage (typically 10% to 20%), as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.
7.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are valid for a specified period from the date and time of credit (typically 7, 14, or 30 days, as stated in the relevant promotion). Any uncompleted wagering requirement at the time of expiry will result in the automatic forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings.
7.6 Maximum Cash-Out. Certain promotions impose a maximum cash-out limit on winnings generated from bonus funds. Where such a limit applies, it will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Any winnings derived from bonus play that exceed the stated maximum cash-out limit will not be eligible for withdrawal.
7.7 Bonus Abuse. Suntoto monitors all bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets across multiple outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, using automated or scripted play, and coordinating bonus activity across multiple Accounts. Detection of such patterns may result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, Account suspension, and exclusion from future promotions.
Suntoto reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or decline to offer any bonus or promotion to any individual Player or group of Players at any time, without prior notice and without being required to provide reasons. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value outside of the Platform's gaming environment.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by Suntoto. Suntoto reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: bets placed after an event has commenced (except in explicitly designated in-play markets), bets placed on markets that have been closed or suspended, and bets where a system error has caused incorrect odds to be displayed.
8.2 Finality of Results. Once a bet has been placed and confirmed by the Platform, it is final and binding, subject to the outcome of the relevant event. Bet slips and digital records maintained by Suntoto shall constitute the authoritative record of all bets placed.
8.3 Odds Changes. Sports betting odds may change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time you submit your bet represent the offer, which is subject to acceptance at those odds or at updated odds (where in-play markets are involved), as displayed at the point of confirmation.
8.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement beyond a specified period, a technical error resulting in manifestly incorrect odds being displayed, or any other circumstance as determined by Suntoto in accordance with standard industry practice.
8.5 Palpable Errors. In the event that a bet is placed at odds that are clearly and materially incorrect due to a technical malfunction, human error, or data feed failure, Suntoto reserves the right to void such bets and return the stake to the Player's Account, regardless of whether the bet has been settled. "Manifestly incorrect" means odds that are materially inconsistent with the true market price for the event in question at the relevant time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Suntoto Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending transactions, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
10.1 Suspension by Suntoto. Suntoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity; (c) the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3; or (d) a regulatory or compliance requirement mandates such action.
10.2 Effects of Suspension. During an Account suspension, access to all gaming services and the Cashier will be restricted. Suntoto will investigate the matter and may request additional information or documentation from the Account holder. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, access will be restored and any suspended funds will be released. If a breach is confirmed, Suntoto may permanently close the Account and, where applicable, forfeit outstanding balances.
10.3 Voluntary Account Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Requests for voluntary closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via a payment method associated with your Account, subject to standard KYC and AML requirements and provided no withdrawal restrictions are in place.
10.4 Effect of Termination on Bonus Balances. Upon Account closure — whether initiated by you or by Suntoto — any Bonus Balance that has not been converted to withdrawable funds through the completion of applicable wagering requirements shall be forfeited in full.

13.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Suntoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
13.3 Cap on Liability. Suntoto's maximum aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited into your Account in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Force Majeure. Suntoto shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond Suntoto's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, or cyberattacks.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Suntoto's liability for: (a) death or personal injury resulting from Suntoto's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by Suntoto; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
14.1 Suntoto reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion.
